* WIP * WIP * Make camera the single source of truth for broadcast state Remove redundant local copies of walkAnimId, idleAnimId, and displayActorIndex from NetworkManager. BroadcastLocalState now reads these from the camera's Controller, eliminating dual-copy sync issues.
